As with most spa treatments, a head massage is not suitable for everyone. In particular, you should avoid this treatment if you have:
Had recent surgery
Experienced a head or neck injury
A history of thrombosis or embolism
Spondylitis or spondylosis
Active psoriasis or eczema on scalp (please get in touch to clarify if you are suitable)
Any other scalp conditions (please get in touch to clarify if you are suitable)

We also recommend washing your hair 2-3 days prior to your appointment. This practice helps preserve your natural scalp oils, ensuring that the treatment is absorbed to its fullest potential for optimal results.

We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment and take a seat in the reception area. A team member will attend to you promptly to begin your experience.
Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment duration will be reduced accordingly, while the full service fee will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To reserve a service, simply click the Book Now button beneath the desired offering. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for a full refund in case of cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. Failure to attend without notice will result in a full charge of 100% of the service fee.

Special considerations:
If you have extensions, braids, weaves, wigs, or any other added in hair or accessories that may come loose with vigorous scrubbing or massaging of the head and scalp please make sure that you notify us before hand. It will be up the discretion of the service provider to continue with your appointment. If your braids or hair accessories loosen or come out as a result of the service, it is not the responsibility of Napa Head Onsen or our service providers to fix or compensate you if such an issue were to arise.Textured hair - We welcome everyone to our head spa and there are no limitation during the actual treatment. However, the treatment includes only simple hair drying at the end so we are unable to style your hair or blow dry it in the curtain way.
